Company Overview

Founded in 2007, UsageWorks LLC offers software services for network, billing, finance, and marketing purposes. Business Intelligence resulting from UsageWorks includes data warehousing and mining, data trending and identifying anomalies, reconciling varying data sets, and mediating call detail from one format to another format for use by legacy billing systems.

UsageWorks also provides telecom consultation services with over 28 years of telecom experience.

UsageWorks Products:

• Process, aggregate, and compile call record information for use by all departments in decision making.
• Support all major telecom record formats including AMA, EMI, EBAF, and SS7, as well as many proprietary formats, including major LD carrier and service bureau formats.
• Output call record detail files into .bcd formats for loading into legacy billing systems.
• Allow users to obtain up to the minute call record information within seconds of the call being recorded.
