  • Identifies the number of calls and minute of use volume for each defined call type.
  • Allows finance and accounting departments to be capable of forecasting monthly usage by knowing the volume of calls by call type. This information can be used with contract and billing data to forecast anticipated monthly revenues.
  • Allows network personnel a means to determine if there are any process gaps that need immediate investigation.

Provides Daily and Average Expected Daily Call Volume by Trunk Group

  • Identifies number of call volumes and the average duration by trunk group to ensure usage recording activity is turned on for every trunk group with no mistakes.
  • Allows network personnel the ability to ensure, at a glance, that the switches are recording all calls on each trunk group. Any zero volume or lower than expecteed volumes will tell network personnel that the switch is not recording properly.

  • Identifies customers whose business is increasing or who may be merging with another company for added call volume.
  • Allows sales and finance to know when a customer is declining and provides a leg up to try to keep their business or understand why their call volume is declining.
  • Allows sales the opportunity to upsell customers into higher packages.
  • Finance and marketing departments can combine daily reports over time to identify market trends.

Provides Daily Unidentified Call Types/Structure Codes Report

  • Network, finance, and billing personnel can use this report to determine if call types or other call record data elements are being recorded incorrectly such that it could not be recognized by the billing system.

Provides a Daily List of Phone Numbers that Cannot be Identified by the Billing System

  • Used to determine if there are customers on the network that are not loaded into the billing system.
  • Allows the network department to determine if there is a gap in the installation processes.

Top 10 Customer List
